MQ_ipsyapril2Luseta Beauty Volume Reviving Dry Shampoo in Potpourri

I was so excited to get this since I just love dry shampoos! This one smells wonderful (literally like a bag of potpourri) and the scent is strong which I actually like since it wears down towards the end of the day. It does come out white so you just need to make sure that you brush it out well. It definitely did its job of removing hair oils.

MQ_ipsyapril6Mint Pear Vitamin C Serum

This serum smells really good and it definitely makes your skin feel so smooth after. I don’t think I’ve used it long enough to notice any visible changes… I mean, I wish it makes me look younger?! Lol. It feels really good on my skin though. Hopefully I’ll begin to see a change before I’m done with the sample size.

Ahh so my face lit up when I saw this in my bag! You know how I love me some nail polish! This color is perfect for Spring. The application was so smooth and the formula is super opaque… it’s every nail polish addict’s dream for sure 🙂

MQ_ipsyapril5ColourPop Cosmetics Creme Gel Pencil in Mr. Bing

I was so excited to get a ColourPop Cosmetics product this month since I’ve heard so many great things about it but have yet to try out their stuff. The only thing I was bummed about was that I always wear black eyeliner. I would’ve obsessed with this had it been black. The quality is great so I will probably give it to a friend who wears brown eyeliner.

Ok so my inner child was definitely excited to get this Lisa Frank brush!! I mean, my fellow 90s girls know what’s up lol. All of my stationary was Lisa Frank in middle school so I was so happy that Glamour Dolls did a Lisa Frank collection. Not only is the brush super cute with the unicorns and pink tip but it actually works really well. I’ve been needing a new blush brush so this is perf! Obsessed.

Overall, I am loving this bag so much! My favorite is obviously the nail polish, duh. Lol. Still haven’t tried Ipsy yet?! Well, what are you waiting for? Click here if you want to get Ipsy for only $10/month!

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Preggo Spring Outfit

MQ_preggoleggings1MQ_preggoleggings3MQ_preggoleggings4MQ_preggoleggings2

I threw on this outfit and just thought how perfect it is for Spring! The top is from SheIn and it’s not maternity and it’s my normal size… score! That means I can wear it after I give birth 🙂 I was a bit skeptical of getting it cause of the color… if you know, I usually stick to black and neutrals but I did fall in love with it. Not to mention, the quality is amazing for the price…  only $13!!! Seriously, such a steal. Click here to purchase.

Ok about these amazing (over the belly) maternity moto leggings from Preggo Leggings though… I love the material since it’s the quality type that won’t stretch over time and fade after a few washes. It’s so comfy and it comes with an adjustable strap over the belly which makes it good to use at any point of the pregnancy (well, maybe after a baby bump has formed of course haha). I will be hosting a giveaway soon and will definitely announce when I do! To be the first to know about it, follow me on Instagram @rainaelegado 🙂

Happy Thursday loves!

Hide Your Stress With Dermalogica’s New Product + Giveaway

MQ_dermeye2MQ_dermeye1

Ok so it was Show Week last week at work and it’s just naturally crazy as you would expect! We had last minute, extra long rehearsals, costume malfunctions, lack of sleep… you name it. It’s the same every time but the show usually turns out great 🙂 But boy am I stressed and drained! Not to mention I’m almost 6 months pregnant and have 2 little ones at home who deserve the same energy when I get home as I have at work.

Screen Shot 2017-04-23 at 7.59.04 PM^ This was me the day before Opening Night shopping for some last minute costume pieces for our Motown Show! Had to take time for a selfie 🙂

Thank goodness Dermalogica sent me their Stress Positive Eye Lift so that I could at least LOOK like I wasn’t stressed. I don’t know about you but I sure could tell how tired a person is by their eyes and the area around them. Sometimes I’m so stressed and tired that not even the best concealer in the world could conceal it haha.

I’ve been putting this on at night and in the morning after I wash my face. Not only is it immediately soothing (especially with the metal tip applicator), it definitely tones down the puffiness. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks but I can see that the area around my eyes have good firmer too. You have to try it out for yourself! It is on the pricey side… retails for $65 but trust me, it’s worth it!

Oh Teething!

MQ_nuby3MQ_nuby1

To all my fellow mamas dealing with the ‘oh so fun’ teething stage… I feel you!!! I know that all babies are different because when Scarlett was teething, she wasn’t really affected but Landon… this poor baby gets extra fussy 😦 He’s been so needy and has been wanting Mama to carry him all the time and constantly sticking his fingers in his mouth and chewing them like a mad man.

I’m so thankful for the Nuby Nana Nubs Massager! I can only imagine what it would be feel on tender gums and it definitely helps soothe Landon’s teething pain and discomfort. As soon as I gave it to him, he spit out his pacifier (which he is obsessed with by the way) and chewed on that Nana Nubs like there was no tomorrow. He even carried it around while he crawled around the room. Plus, isn’t it just so cute?! Lol. I love that it’s a banana.

MQ_nuby2MQ_nuby4

I wish I discovered sooner since Landon is already 10 months and this is safe to use for babies as young as 3 months. I guess I am set for baby #3! Haha. This is a great gift for moms-to-be too! I added it to my Mom-To-Be Shop or click here to shop this product directly! 🙂

Thanks for stopping by! xo

My Newest Obsession

MQ_lipsense1Screen Shot 2017-04-09 at 3.40.23 PM^ 1 layer Hazelunut + 1 layer Caramel Latte + Glossy Gloss

I’ve heard about LipSense awhile ago. I’ve seen videos of women wearing their products and rubbing their lips to prove that their lip color won’t smudge and will stay on. I mean it looked legit so I’ve been really wanting to try it out! I was so excited that Chante Fox from My Kiss & Tell sent me a lip color and gloss to try.

I started off Caramel Latte and Glossy Gloss and after one day of trying it, I had to get more so I got Hazelnut, Raisin and Matte Gloss. Honestly, I think I made a great selection because I’ve been mixing those 3 colors for a couple months and I’m still loving what I come up with 🙂 It’s so awesome that you are able to mix colors, especially when you’re just wanting a tint of a certain color.

IMG_7504^ 1 layer Hazelnut + 1 layer Raisin + Glossy Gloss

I work full-time so it’s nice to put on my lip color in the morning before work and then… well, that’s it actually. Lol. I only have to put it on once a day. After that, you just apply the gloss throughout the day to keep your lips moisturized. I’m obsessed and I literally have been neglecting all my other lipsticks. You know I’m a fan if my MAC lipsticks are collecting dust, haha. I can’t wait to add to my LipSense collection!

If you’re dying to try it out, reach out to Chante Fox from My Kiss & Tell and let her know I sent you!

P.S. When you want to go for a matte look and use the Matte Gloss, you have to put on the Glossy Gloss FIRST for moisture then after a little while, put on the Matte. I didn’t know this at first and I put the Matte Gloss right on top of the lip color and let me just tell you… not cute.
