As a blogger/influencer, I get a TON of beauty products each month. It’s one of my favorite perks. Even before blogging, I have been obsessed with beauty products. I literally spent most of my college paychecks at Sephora lol. So it’s been amazing getting new beauty products to try each month (my husband thinks so too cause now I don’t spend hundreds on beauty products lol). I love it because I get to try products I probably wouldn’t have ever tried. I have even became a repeat customer for a bunch of products I received as part of a collaboration.

Believe it or not, I actually still buy a good chunk of my beauty products because if I like something, I will continue to buy it. I thought it would be cool to look back and think of the products that I loved BEFORE becoming a blogger and that I still buy to this day. What’s pretty awesome is that I have even worked with some of these brands.

L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Conditioning Primer Mascara 300 Primer

If you don’t have this in your makeup bag yet, run to Target now! Seriously, run… don’t walk! Lol. All jokes aside, this is holy grail for my lashes. It appears a few times on my blog because I love it so much. Honestly, it doesn’t even matter what mascara you use because this primer does everything. It adds length and volume. Whenever someone compliments my lashes, I tell them to get this primer. Obsessed. I always have an extra one laying around, just in case my current tube runs out haha.

Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner in Pillow Talk (Original)

Name a better lip liner… I’ll wait. Still waiting… 🙂 I first tried this right before I started blogging after reading all the positive reviews online. The fact that I am still buying this (pricey) lip liner, after trying a bunch of lip liners from different brands, is a testament to its worth. The Pillow Talk shade in particular is my absolute fave. It’s the perfect pinkish-nude. They even came out with other shades of Pillow Talk, probably because the original one was so successful. I love this because it glides on effortlessly and it’s super opaque.

Dior J’adore Eau de Perfume

I’m sure every woman has their go-to, timeless perfume. Mine is Dior’s J’adore perfume. It was actually the perfume I started wearing right before Leo and I started dating. I always have a bottle in my collection. Every time I wear it, he remembers too and says “That’s the perfume you wore when we started dating!” Lol. Not only does it smell so good for any season but it’s also sentimental.

Sugar Advanced Lip Therapy Lip Balm

I’ve tried hundreds of lip balms throughout the years (at every price range), not exaggerating. Just when I think I found a “new one I’ll use forever,” I always go back to Fresh’s Sugar lip balms! They’re all amazing but my fave is the Advanced Lip Therapy. It keeps my lips soft and hydrated. Yes, it is pricey but you get what you pay for and honestly, a little goes a long way. The regular sized ones last me about 1 month+ so in my opinion, it’s worth it. They have tinted ones that are work so well too and are so pretty!

Laura Mercier Smooth Finish Foundation Powder

This is my every day powder for years. I used to use Makeup Forever for years before I switched to this one. I don’t wear makeup every day and some times, I use liquid foundation so this lasts me awhiiile. So don’t sweat when you see the price tag haha. Again, I’ve tried a bunch (emphasize bunch) of powder foundations and some were amazing but somehow I always reach for this one! I love how it looks on my skin. You can wear it super light and natural looking or you can build it up for more coverage.

NYX Professional Makeup Powder Matte Bronzer (Deep Tan)

I’ve tried to replace this bronzer a few times but this one has my heart lol. The Deep Tan shade is perfect and just what I want for a bronzer. It’s super matte and buildable. It also comes in a couple other shades. For the price, it’s a no brainer. I only spend more on beauty products if they’re truly worth it but if products under $10 work that I’m sticking with that! Lol.

Every 2 weeks, I love to get my nails done. It’s something I look forward to because there’s nothing like a set of fresh nails, amirite?! I also enjoy the process of looking at designs on Pinterest and adding my own twist to them. Btw, I think I found the right nail tech in San Diego. FINALLY. We’ve only been back here for over a year! Lol. I had a such a great nail tech in Temecula and so I was very picky of who was going to do my nails here. If you’re looking for a new nail tech, check out The Nail Lounge and ask for Tony! PS: To keep your nails looking fresh in between nail salon visits. You need the ella+mila Nail Care Cuticle Oil! This is my holy grail. You can’t prevent your nails growing but you can definitely prevent dry cuticles lol. Also the bottle is small but a little goes a loooong way. Obsessed.

I got myself this Spa Sciences Cool Skincare Mini Refrigerator with Warming Function in Pink (it also comes in green). I am OBSESSED. Like why did it take me forever to get a fridge for my skincare?! Honestly, if you don’t have one yet, get one! This one is under $50 and so far, it’s been amazing for me.
