Hey guys! It’ s been awhile since I’ve shared a fitness update, so here’s mine for June 2019! For a little over a month, I’ve been doing my friend Alicia Jones’ online workout program. She’s so inspiring, you gotta check her out! She also co-owns the Self Made Training Facility in San Marcos, CA. Any way, her and husband have an app where they share all the workout plans with their clients so that’s what I’ve been using. I work out 6 days a week with one rest day. The workouts are TOUGH, in a good way! As you may know, I’ve used the Sweat app for awhile (also really good) but the workout and layout are different. Alicia’s workouts has more reps and utilized heavy and light weights. I can definitely see a difference with my strength and muscle tone.
As for my “diet,” I’m not on a specific plan but I do watch my calories and try to make as much healthy choices as possible but I won’t hold myself back if I want a burrito one day or some chocolate after a meal. Oh and I do have a sugary latte from Starbucks every day. Although, we are taking a family trip to Las Vegas in a month so I might go on a strict diet in 2 weeks to get my body bikini ready lol. I’ll do another update in a couple weeks to share what I’ll be eating during that time 🙂 Happy Monday!
P.S. I love these Sudio Niva Earphones that Sudio gifted me! Not only are they super cute with a touch of rose gold but they work amazing. Oh and they’re affordable too!
