I’ve always heard about how collagen is so good for you and I’ve been wanting to start taking it. What I love about the Collagen Protein by BUBS Naturals is that, not only do I get all the heath benefits of collagen from their products, but they donate 10% of proceeds to charity. As I’m getting older, I realize that my body is changing and no longer what it was like 10 years ago. I really have to take care of my body from the inside out because I need to keep up with my kids and plus, being a healthy is important to me.
According to BUBS Naturals: “Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body. But naturally, with age, the body’s production of collagen slows down. Simply put, BUBS’ collagen promotes health and healing from the inside out. Studies show that collagen is critical to the support and reconstruction of joints (cartilage/synovial fluids) and is indispensable if used as a recovery tool after exercise. Additionally, the proteins and amino acids in BUBS’ collagen help strengthen skin, promote increased elasticity, and benefit smoothness while supporting healthy hair and nails. ” I am ALL about that!
BUBS Natural Collagen Protein comes in convenient little packets, which I love!
There is no flavor so you can literally have it with anything. I just pour the whole packet into my smoothie and I’m good to go. Here is a delicious protein smoothie with BUB Natural Collagen Protein.
