As a busy working mom who’s not only on-the-go but who’s job requires her to be constantly active… it’s unfortunately easy for me to forget to drink water. At the end of the day, I usually realize that I didn’t drink enough water to keep me hydrated. Signs of dehydration are increased thirst, fatigue, sticky/dry mouth, dizziness, dark/decreased urine, and headache. The symptoms I feel at the end of my work day are increased thirst, fatigue and headache. I’ve definitely been more mindful of drinking more water, especially now that it’s summer in San Diego but thankfully I have Hydralyte for the days that I need extra hydration!
