Hi! My name is Raina and I’m a 36-year-old mom blogger from San Diego. I am a full-time influencer and stay-at-home mom. Before that, I was a barre instructor and dance teacher. After my first child, I was really shocked at how my body changed and how much weight I gained. In January 2022, I reached my breaking point and my heaviest weight. I wasn’t happy so I made a promise to myself to really stay consistent all year until I reach my goal. I actually reached my goal in that same year by being consistent, working hard and pushing myself and being in a calorie deficit. I’ve never been happier!
